Reflective Questions for Personal Devotion and Communal Fellowship –

Sermon – ‘The Conspiracy of Evil (and What to Not Do About It)’

What is trust/trusting like for you? Does it come easily to you? Is it difficult? Where did you learn to trust, or not to trust?

What are signs that something/someone is trustworthy? What about when something/someone is untrustworthy?

What does trust feel like when it is real? Whom do you trust in your life?

Do you trust Jesus? How does He show His trustworthiness to you?

Do you think seeds “trust” that they will grow? Do they “trust” they’ll bear fruit for harvest?

Do you trust what Jesus has said He will do? Do you trust that you are ‘glorious deed of the Lord’?

How has this cosmic conspiracy of evil wounded, broken down, or deceived you in particular?

In what specific ways does the Evil One tear down your trust of Jesus?

How is your daily life different when you are nourished by trust versus confined by fear?

In your own soul, or life, do you see a specific need/area for the ‘divine conspiracy’ to tend to?
