Summary
If I “thank God for all things, including me, it shatters the illusion that I created me and testifies to the Truth: everything that’s anything is Grace. But if I thank God for everything, should I thank Him for the “nothing?” Should I thank God for darkness, sin, and evil? Should I thank God for darkness in me? Well, perhaps I should thank Him for the “nothing,” for it’s there that He reveals His Something, His Self. He is Grace. “The Light shines in the darkness” and “anything exposed to light becomes light”, even me. So, if I thank Him for the nothing, I confess that it’s nothing, and my nothing becomes something: a testimony to Grace.
