They ridiculed Jesus for partying with tax collectors and sinners. And Jesus poses a question: “You will throw a party over a lost sheep that is found, and a party over a lost coin that is found, why not a lost boy that is found?” If you wont party, perhaps youre lost. Good thing Jesus came to seek and to save the lost. We must think that a person has to repent in order to be found, when in fact, being found is repentance. We’re not saved by our own will. We’re saved from our own will by God’s will. The Party is Judgment. The Party is Redemption. The Party is your Penance. God is the Party: Three Persons, One Substance called Love.
